Winberry is currently recruiting for an Industrial Warehouse Supervisor position based in Chepstow, Monmouthshire. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and manage resources such as warehouse space, racking, and delivery fleets. Your responsibilities will include prioritising and allocating workload, implementing efficient systems and procedures with regular monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Leading and motivating your team to meet operational targets while maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, along with maintaining smooth workflow processes and reporting. Candidate Specification

Experience Required

  • 2-3 years' prior experience in a fast paced industrial warehouse as a supervisor or team leader
  • Due to the location of the role, your own transport is essential.

Hours and Salary

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • £34,000 per annum
