Senior Project Manager
£60,000–£70,000 plus depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end project delivery — scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk
- Managing proposals, bids, client presentations and contract execution strategy
- Building and directing project teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Acting as the primary client interface—managing expectations, performance and communication
- Monitoring project progress, resolving challenges and initiating corrective actions
- Overseeing procurement, subcontracting, approvals and commercial governance
- Ensuring adherence to safety, compliance and quality standards
- Controlling reporting, billing, forecasting and financial performance
- Driving lessons learned, continuous improvement and close-out excellence
What You Bring:
✔ Proven experience managing large-scale engineering, construction, energy or heavy industrial projects
✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multiple disciplines
✔ Confident decision-maker with excellent organisational skills
✔ Ability to manage budget control, risk management and schedule performance
✔ Computer-literate and able to work within formal procedures and project systems
✔ Flexible mindset and willingness to work across various UK project locations
