Customer Operations Administrator
£24,570 - £25,000 per annum + benefits
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm (early finish on a Friday)

Winberry is recruiting for a dynamic manufacturing business based in Llantarnam, Cwmbran who are part of an international group of 50+ companies. We’re looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You’ll work closely with the sales team to provide updates, handle documentation, and contribute to a seamless order-to-delivery experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Accurately enter and process international customer orders.
- Issue sales acknowledgements and raise proforma invoices when required.
- Update customers on confirmed shipment dates and notify them of any changes.
- Generate delivery notes, commercial invoices, and other essential documentation.
- Arrange logistics via freight forwarders and couriers.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate export documentation and ensure compliance.
- Produce regular and ad hoc customer and internal reports.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively.
